Kathy Freeman
Social Worker
Kathy has been a social worker for over twenty years. She is originally from Cleveland, Tennessee. She graduated with a B.S. in Human Services and a minor in Criminal Justice at Tennessee Wesleyan College in Athens, Tennessee. She began her social work career working with challenged youth in the juvenile court system, then home health, finally making her way to her true passion: long-term care. She has been in long-term care for approximately ten years. She brings compassion and knowledge to all residents and families she encounters. She works closely with our psychiatric nurse practitioner to meet each resident's psychosocial needs. Kathy currently resides in Manchester, Tennessee. She has two grown children and enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and close friends.
